CitizensTrust (my firm) and the new commercial banking division for Citizens Business Bank in Orange County has opened its new office at the top of the Balboa Capital building at 2010 Main Street in Irvine. The long-awaited move comes after Everett Orrick, Tony Saucedo and Rick Saulsbury joined CBB in late 2009.
